Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all transactions made through the Spin It Up platform by
ONE2KA4 MUZITECH PRIVATE LIMITED. By using our platform, customers and artists agree to the
terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every request made on Spin It Up. However, in certain circumstances,
refunds or cancellations may occur, as detailed below.
2. Request Rejection by Artist
- If an artist rejects a customer request (e.g., for a shoutout, song, or message), the full amount paid will
be refunded to the customer’s original mode of payment.
- Refund may take between 10 minutes to 7 days based on the original mode of payment.
3. Timeout / No Response by Artist
- If an artist fails to respond to a request within the specified time window (before the artist goes offline),
the request will be automatically cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the customer.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- If the artist delivers the requested content and the request is marked complete, no refunds will be
processed.
- Dissatisfaction due to personal taste (after content is delivered as per order) does not qualify for a
refund.
- Customer may choose to raise a ticket in case the song was not played but marked as complete in error.
5. Dispute Resolution
- In case of any dispute regarding cancellations or refunds, users can contact our support team at
info@spinItUp.in.
- Refund or compensation decisions made by ONE2KA4 MUZITECH PRIVATE LIMITED will be final.
6. Modification of Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated
version will be available on our platform.
